  • Channel Viability: What are the most effective marketing and sales channels to reach these customers? 

  • Cost Efficiency: How much does it cost to acquire a customer through each channel, and how does it compare to the cost via third part platforms? 

  • Scalability: Which customer acquisition method is the most scalable and repeatable for long-term growth? 

  • Conversion Metrics: What is the conversion rate from outreach to demo booking, and from demo to sale? 

  • Value Justification: Is the independent CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) sustainable relative to LTV (Lifetime Value) of a customer?
